I love when your clients become your neighbors!
Wade & Laura called me on a condo listing I have in the Pearl. I met them to show them my listing and a couple others in the building. From first meeting them we totally hit it off! We had similar personalities and sense of humors- a couple key components to working together during a real estate transaction 😉
Ultimately, they decided the building was not for them, but they were interested in the building across the street. A unit in the Pinnacle came on the market the weekend after I met them and they called me to take a look. All I can say about it is… STUNNING! From the moment we walked into this unit, I knew it was for them. It was similar to the layout they had been living in for the past 10 years. They were no newbies to the Pearl, they had been renting in the McKenzie, but were ready to find a place they could invest in on their own. We were one of the first parties to see the unit and quickly made an offer. Our offer was accepted and the clock started ticking! There were a couple speed bumps throughout the transaction, but with perseverance and persistence from all parties, we were able to pull through!
Wade & Laura were able to move in a few days prior to closing. Now, they are not only my clients, but my neighbors! Unfortunately, they live on the opposite side of the building from me, otherwise we’d be able to wave to each other from our patios. Nonetheless, I am so happy they found a place they love and can call home. Congrats!

Real Estate has always been my passion.
Growing up in the Southwest hills, with a breathtaking view of the city, I learned to appreciate Portland for all it has to offer. I fell in love with Real Estate when my family decided to move across the river to NE Portland. We spent many years looking for a home. I became mesmerized by learning the differences of the homes we toured- the details and quality of build, matched with all the original character and charm, most specifically the history that was hidden in the walls. We found ourselves living in a small Bungalow in Alameda, before moving to our large Craftsman in Irvington.
I spent the first 18 years of my life living in both SW and NE Portland, exploring the neighborhoods and all they had to offer. College took me away to Montana, where I bought my first home at the age of 19. I graduated in 2012 with a Business Marketing Degree from the University of Montana. I immediately moved home to Portland and began my real estate career. I spent the next three years working with a top producing Real Estate team, specializing in NW & SW Portland, the Pearl District and Inner NE Portland.
In 2015, I decided to start my own Real Estate endeavors. I attribute my extensive knowledge of the city, its neighborhoods and different styles of homes to my ability in finding my clients the perfect place to call home. By focusing on the individual needs and priorities of all my clients, I am able to tailor my strategies for the highest level of success.
While I am not in the office or out with clients, you can find me running, boating, wake boarding, vacationing on the Oregon coast, or watching Oregon Duck Football. I also love exploring Portland and all its great restaurants and food carts. I currently reside in the Pearl District with my French bulldog, Wrigley.
Next time you’re poised to enter the market; I would be honored to guide you through this important process!
