Last month, my partner and I closed on our new home in Maywood Park– a quiet little city-within-the-city (seriously, google it!). We have one month to put in a new kitchen, update the bathroom, and handle a handful of other repairs in the process. Finding hardwoods under the carpet has been a pleasant surprise– wish us luck on the rest of the house!
