A Treehouse for Jon and Katie

Isn’t it great how your favorite clients always send you the most wonderful people? Jon and Katie were referred to me by one of my dearest clients, and unsurprisingly turned out to be so fabulous to work with. We had a blast checking out quirky and charming houses across Lents, Milwaukie and Oregon City. Though Jon had already been through several real estate transactions, Katie was a first timer and their combined enthusiasm and joy was totally infectious. But they liked some QUIRKY houses. 😉 So for us the key was to find a house that was interesting and unusual while still being a smart purchase that ticked all their boxes.

And we found it in a sweet contemporary Tree House in Gladstone. With vaulted ceilings and abundant windows, this house basically feels like your camping 100% of the time, with all the luxuries of home. And with a crack team on both sides, their purchase process was a dream.
