Courtney and Gabe, along with their son Owen, and Grandma Jan were in search of a home to meet the needs of three very different generations. 3+ bedrooms were a must, along with additional flex space to convert into an ADU, a big yard for the dogs, and a good school zone for Owen.
After a couple of weekends of jam packed touring and we found the perfect house on Maplecrest. A dream mid-century ranch sitting on a huge half acre lot that neighbors Marshall Park.
With two other offers to compete with, we wrote as strong as could. Unfortunately, we lost out to an out of state cash buyer. But, thanks to the topsy turvy world of real estate, I received a call from the agent a couple days later that the cash buyers changed their mind and the house was ours! So you see, being in backup sometimes does work out!
It truly was meant to be for this sweet extended family. Here’s to making many years of Maplecrest memories!
