Growing up in the Portland area, I have spent decades living in and exploring Portland and surrounding areas from Newberg to Astoria to Sandy. Part of what I can help you do is figure out where you want to live- Your home is where you establish roots and build community, and your neighborhood is key. I came to real estate after 25 years as a design professional/ product manager in the sports and luxury apparel industry.  Those years of planning, negotiation and marketing were great preparation for guiding clients through the intricacies of buying or selling a home, and I love the process. My joy comes from helping people find solutions-  whether it’s finding the perfect house, making a move to a new home or just exploring options.First, we review your needs and wants,  then create a plan that fits your budget and timing. Knowing what buyers are looking for helps me help you get your home ready to sell for the highest and best price.  We’ll focus on what will attract buyers, and I will become your biggest advocate. My interest in green building and energy efficiency led me to earn certifications as: Earth Advantage Broker ADU Specialist Energy Trust Professional Trade Ally.
