I’m very thankful to be where I am, with my family, friends and business. I’m thankful that I’m at a point in my career that friends trust their friends with me. One of my best friends Emma introduced me to a friend of hers, Chris, who was just starting to look for a home. We met at Great Notion Brewery and got to know each other. Given that this was a referral, I really wanted to make sure I took care of him. It not only reflects on me, but it reflects on Emma that I do a good job. After the meeting, we immediately jumped into his home search. We looked at a few basic homes, but found a ranch nearby his work that sat on a quarter acre lot. The house was so different from the basic homes we had seen that it really stood out in our search. After a rather rough negotiation period, we closed! And before Thanksgiving at that!
Thank you Chris and Emma for trusting in me!
