We helped Linh and Cam buy their first home years ago. He was deployed at the time, and it was a pretty huge deal even though the house itself was pretty modest. They just moved into their ‘forever’ house along with their two kids, and the plan was to keep this first house in the family. Alas not everything went according to plan.
When Linh called on a Saturday to ask us to sell the house, there was obviously a frustrating story behind it. When we met the next day, it was striking to see how high the emotions were running. We had seen her handle the stress of buying the first home; plan their wedding; and manage the remodel of their new home, but I had never seen steam come out of her ears before. We knew we had to make some magic happen, so we hit the ground running!
This was still going to be a Tom+Doug production which meant excellent curb appeal, beautiful interiors, and professional photography. Everything fell into place so smoothly! Linh and Cam detailed the property inside and out on Monday and Tuesday. Spade & Archer staged the home on Wednesday. Boone Brothers shot photos and video on Thursday. We launched on Friday, and had three offers to review on Saturday. One week after getting Linh’s call! Crazy!
