We are so excited for Michael and Leah! When we first sat down to talk about what they wanted in their next home, they really wanted a place with good bones, a good roof, updated mechanically, a place where they could put in some work to give it their own personal aesthetic, as well as a nice yard for their big blue great dane puppy Misha. When we first started shopping the inventory was so low and after being really drawn to a couple houses at the top of their budget that quickly went way over asking, we shifted gears and started looking for houses that had either been sitting on the market and were clearly overpriced or that had just taken price reductions. Fast forward 15 houses later and a clear perspective on what they wanted in a house, we were able to land the perfect little cosmetic fixer well below the original list price! We are so excited to see them turn this charming little house into their dream home!
Buyers take aways: Don’t base what you look at on good pictures, they can be deceiving, both the good ones and the bad!

I am married to my best friend Nettajane who is a teacher and a wonderful Mom, crafter, and cook. We have two amazing daughters, Hazel and Esme.
