Teri Toombs was born and raised in Portland’s east side. She has spent her life intrigued by the idea of “shelter”, influenced by her time at University of Oregon Architecture School. From a cabin in the woods to the urban forest in Ladd’s Addition, Teri has experienced many different configurations of home. She is a close-in east side specialist who has ample experience selling in many Portland metro area neighborhoods. With over 10 years experience as a Realtor, Teri built her business by touring homes extensively and keeping on top of emerging trends in the market. She knows the neighborhoods inside and out and enjoys sharing this knowledge with clients. Focused and diligent, Teri ensures all details are covered in a purchase or sale.  Teri takes her role as client advocate seriously and works to make home buying and selling smooth and stress-free.  She empowers her clients by connecting them with the tools they need to build their nest.
