I so wish I could show you my amazing buyers Elena and Steve here in front of their new home!!
They’ve handed over the check, signed the papers and scheduled the movers…now they are just packing up and patiently waiting for the sellers to move out. Rent back is a common part of an offer these days and while it definitely strengthened our offer, it’s never easy waiting for keys once you’ve signed your life away. But don’t worry…they’ll be in just in time to take their daughter Ava trick or treating in her new neighborhood. Maybe she’ll even save me a Snickers bar for when I stop by to check in on them! 🙂
