I feel like Mercury has been in retrograde for a year.
Several times a year, it appears as if Mercury is going backwards. These times in particular are traditionally associated with confusions, delay, and frustration.
The market has shifted and transactions have been more challenging than in recent memory.
Buyer demands have increased and for sellers, multiple offers are no longer the norm.
We could attribute the current sales environment to any number of factors — Mercury being in retrograde is one of them — but it doesn’t really matter. What matters is what we learn and how much we grow.
