When I grow up, one day… I want to be a dispensary!
This little blue charmer was built in 1906 with one of a kind craftsmanship, charm, and character. Steve and I met Jude the owner of this home about six months ago through a google add (they actually worked!). And it has been one rocky road, to say the least!!! But with a happy ending!
Jude is a huge Seattle Seahawks fan and even decided to take it to the next level and paint his house blue (with a green door)! The owner has lived in this home for many decades. When we initially met Jude he made mention that he would love for this property to turn into a Cannabis Retail shop or a Dispensary.
After countless showings and many months passing, we finally found the perfect buyer for this home. The buyer on this home fell in love with this place immediately! Initially, they were interested in turning this into a income producing property. After close observation, they decided it would be best as a beautiful Dispensary. I have loved working with all of Jude’s family.
