Daniel didn’t know that he could ever buy a house. As a Portland Public Schools teacher, he thought the Portland housing market had priced him out. But then we found this gem, a bank owned home in the Lents neighborhood! With the help of his amazing lender (Steph Noble at Guild Mortgage) Daniel was able to take advantage of some first-time home buyer incentives that made homeownership attainable!
