Another Tom+Doug production – woot woot!
We’re happy to have helped Rachel buy this classic and cool condo in 2007. And now we’re delighted to have sold it for her eleven years later!
This Glisan St. home was created within one of the gorgeous houses of NW Portland. It was perfect for Rachel as a young professional. The location meant for an easy walk to work downtown, and relaxed weekends in a destination neighborhood.
Her job brought her to Seattle, and the condo proved to be a nice investment property. As she and her fiance planned for next steps, the dream became securing a vacation rental where she and extended family could enjoy time together. We stayed in touch over the years, so once they made their decision to sell they called, and we got busy executing the marketing plan. Everyone chipped in to make sure the condo showed beautifully – special shout out to hard-working Sellers and the staging team at Spade & Archer!
