Tom and Patty reached out to me 3 years ago when they were thinking about selling their home in Arizona and moving out to be with their daughter in Oregon. They would drive their RV out on visits and spend time learning SE neighborhoods that were a distance from Woodstock, so they had more space, but not too far of a drive away. We would meet and talk through the process of buying a home here in Oregon, while they were preparing their home to sell in Arizona. We would see homes that “looked good in the photos”… famous last words. Finally, they sold their home in AZ and made the trek up to the PNW in their RV. Little did they know, they were moving up to Portland in one of the oddest real estate market years in a long time (2018). They were in their RV for a year, and it wasn’t until the very end of the year that we found the house. The one-level with amazing landscaping, RV parking in Milwaukie house. We found their home and I couldn’t be happier to help them move from their RV into their home with RV parking! Congratulations Tom and Patty!

I fondly remember growing up in a quaint, classic 100-year-old bungalow.
My mom was an avid gardener, planted fragrant flowers, fruit trees, and veggies and incorporated quirky tile mosaics throughout our backyard. My favorite part of my childhood home, however… the pull down stairs to the attic which led to my playroom! The fireplace, hardwood floors, and front porch where I spent so much time evoke a such a feeling of family and home for me. I so appreciate the uniqueness of Portland area homes, and being able to re-live how houses evolve from their original build to how they live today, picturing families and stories along the way.
My transition to real estate from non-profit residential energy efficiency work was catalyzed by my attraction to the innovativeness and creativeness of the Portland housing stock. It was also super important to me to tap into my community in a deeper way; connecting with people one-on-one and being able to actually see the positive outcomes of my work in a tangible way.
Being a real estate agent allows me to form deep and meaningful connections with people while satisfying my own insatiable curiosity for Portland homes. I approach my work for my clients as if I’m in their shoes, buying or selling. It’s personal! It’s critical that my clients have an authentic and enjoyable experience working with me, with honesty and integrity being my top priority all the time. My goal is to evolve the perception of real estate agents from perhaps less than trustworthy sales folks to client-focused, highly trusted and thoughtful individuals.
When I have free time, you might catch me enjoying some live music or dancing with PDX Dance Collective (did I mention I have a degree in dance?). I also love to hike with Patrick, my husband, and my mini Australian Shepherd puppy, Stringer Bell. Admittedly where you’re most likely to catch me, however, is eating and drinking delicious food and cocktails at the many great Portland restaurants. If I’m not it town, I’m likely in the southern Caribbean… it feels like a second home!
I am an accredited Earth Advantage Broker, Accessory dwelling unit (ADU) specialist, and I have also received the Five Star Real Estate Agent Award, recognizing outstanding service professionals. It would be my honor to serve you in buying or selling your home!
