Family Friends Buying Homes. I first met Jim and Carol when I was 12 years old. Their daughter, Stephanie and I had struck a friendship at summer camp on fateful year. We left camp, excited to return home and remain friends. We talked everyday and came up with a plan to meet up at the mall and go shopping. Both our moms thought we were crazy to think they’d let us go to the mall unattended, with a girl they’d never met. So, being the protective moms that they are, they came with us. The rest is pretty much history. From that day forward our families have been close friends. We’ve traveled together, attending sporting events, many dinner parties and countless memories have been made.
A few years back they sold their family home and moved across town, with a plan of renting for a few years. Tired of life in a rental, they were ready to explore their options of purchasing a home again. They were living in a townhouse in Lake Oswego and wanting to stay in the area. Well, as luck would have it they caught wind that their neighbor- immediately next door was getting ready to list her home. I did a little research and found out she was planning to list right after New Years; however, we were able to put a deal together without the home even going on the market. 2018 started off perfectly for Jim and Carol, soon they would be homeowners again. The best part was that their move would be easy and they could continue living in the community that they were already comfortable and familiar in.
It was an honor and truly a privilege to help my long time family friends throughout this transaction. I am so excited and happy for them. I can’t wait for all the dinner parties and football games in their new home!

Real Estate has always been my passion.
Growing up in the Southwest hills, with a breathtaking view of the city, I learned to appreciate Portland for all it has to offer. I fell in love with Real Estate when my family decided to move across the river to NE Portland. We spent many years looking for a home. I became mesmerized by learning the differences of the homes we toured- the details and quality of build, matched with all the original character and charm, most specifically the history that was hidden in the walls. We found ourselves living in a small Bungalow in Alameda, before moving to our large Craftsman in Irvington.
I spent the first 18 years of my life living in both SW and NE Portland, exploring the neighborhoods and all they had to offer. College took me away to Montana, where I bought my first home at the age of 19. I graduated in 2012 with a Business Marketing Degree from the University of Montana. I immediately moved home to Portland and began my real estate career. I spent the next three years working with a top producing Real Estate team, specializing in NW & SW Portland, the Pearl District and Inner NE Portland.
In 2015, I decided to start my own Real Estate endeavors. I attribute my extensive knowledge of the city, its neighborhoods and different styles of homes to my ability in finding my clients the perfect place to call home. By focusing on the individual needs and priorities of all my clients, I am able to tailor my strategies for the highest level of success.
While I am not in the office or out with clients, you can find me running, boating, wake boarding, vacationing on the Oregon coast, or watching Oregon Duck Football. I also love exploring Portland and all its great restaurants and food carts. I currently reside in the Pearl District with my French bulldog, Wrigley.
Next time you’re poised to enter the market; I would be honored to guide you through this important process!
