Dreams With Plans Are Goals To Achieve!

Zahnen and Bobby put in hard work to buy their first home.

Nothing feels better than helping wonderful human beings achieve their dreams!  In this case, Zahnen and Bobby were the dreamers, believers, doers and achievers.  They’d heard the stories where people are being out-bid by others willing to waive contingencies for inspections and appraisals, and paying cash only for sight unseen homes.  They’d also known about the reputation of Living Room Realty providing amazing experiences that contradict the myths of home buying.   Knowing dreams with plans are goals to achieve, they called on me to get them to the finish line.

What goes into the process exactly?  Well, quite a lot, but that’s not to mean that it needs to be soul crushingly hard.

Taking time to review the timelines and strategies, Zahnen, Bobby, and myself were able to establish standards and expectations before beginning the official search.

As we began the first day of touring, they found what they thought was the home of their dreams.   It turned out losing (their’s was ranked #2 of 9 total offers) to another buyer was one puzzle piece to their winning ticket.  Not much time later, they found the property they now call home.  Touring 6 vintage bungalows, 4 remodels, and one 60’s ranch later, they now hold the keys to the biggest milestone purchase of their lifetimes.  It was the ranch – A perfect first home complete with detached over-sized garage, beautifully landscaped and fenced yard, and cash paid to them for a brand new roof!
