The owner had kept the house in great condition over the years, but never did any kind of updates. The perfect situation for a family ready for a big remodeling project. The split level time capsule is brimming with potential. Katherine and Jesse are excited about their adventure of bringing the house up to modern standards without loosing the mid-century character.

I live in the Montavilla neighborhood in NE Portland with my wife, Andrea, our daughter Beatrise, our son Augustus, our three cats, Yogi, Charlotte, and Ferocia, and also one small dog named Lucy.
