Talk about making room to live! My dear clients Skylar and Trevor decided to make the jump across the river to Vancouver from Portland in search of a great place to raise their family and run their home-based hustle. They were hoping for a bit of land for the kids to run around on and some space for their candle-making business. They ended up scoring a great midcentury ranch with so much charm it’s hard to believe! Lots of original details, but enough of a blank slate that Skylar and Trevor can make their mark and create the perfect home for their two(soon to be three!) kids. Located right across from the school, so the kids can walk and ride their bikes to and from school, plus a 10 min drive into downtown PDX, and 5 mins to WSU Vancouver, this home is the ideal place to grow!
