Erin knows Portland! She has called the Portland area home since she was in kindergarten and has lived in every quadrant of Portland as an adult, currently residing in the vibrant and eclectic neighborhood of Nob Hill. Erin earned her B.A. in business from Portland State and after college she began working in corporate event management and was recruited by a prestigious marketing firm to be their production manager before the age of 30. However, after almost a decade in the corporate world, Erin followed her passion for real estate and became a licensed Realtor in Oregon. Erin’s passion and expertise in the Portland was immediately apparent and led her to win Rookie of the Year for the largest real estate group in the Portland metro area during her inaugural year! Erin excels at communicating, paying close attention to detail while keeping the ‘big picture’ at the forefront for her clients, and listening to and delivering on the needs of her clients. She has personal experience investing in the Portland real estate market – she knows what it takes to be a successful buyer and seller in the dynamic and changing Portland market! Erin works with clients on a variety of levels from first-time home buyers, families, investors, and everyone in-between. When not helping her clients into their dream homes, Erin enjoys spending time at the Sandy River with her two dogs, climbing the Cascade Mountains, backpacking and hiking in the amazing Columbia River Gorge, and spending time with her family. Erin loves calling Portland home and knows that you will too!
