Kylie is an Oregon native whose zest for music led her to begin her college studies in music education.
A general education course in sociology birthed her passion for empowering women and the LGBTQ community, propelling her to major in sociology instead. Seattle-bound for grad school, she inadvertently fell in love Portland during an internship working with and learning from Portland’s houseless community.

From there, she began her work in the nonprofit sector where she spent the next three years.

Portland has rooted Kylie in her love of people and fervor for social justice. It’s with that same love and fervor she came to Living Room Property Management to provide administrative support alongside a company that shares her vision, one of emphasis on the value of all of people.

Kylie serves as receptionist at LRPM, wearing several hats — an environment that inspires and motivates her to strive for excellence and represent LRPM with a posture of utmost service. She values the significance and power of a kind, helpful interaction with clients and the way such interactions can positively shape the trajectory of their day.

When not working, you can find Kylie nerding out on all things sci-fi, sipping Irish whiskey at a local concert, practicing her bass guitar, or hiking in the Gorge. Kylie is also excited to pursue a season of intentional activism though volunteering with an organization supporting the LGBTQ community. Her heart is satisfied most in a state of creation, through writing music, painting, and collaging. Kylie’s greatest joy is exploring, contemplating, and observing the complexity and beauty of human nature, a joy she is grateful to experience both personally and professionally.
