Although we felt as though we had numerous viable candidates regarding competent realtors on our initial list, Drew was undoubtedly our number one choice from the start of this process for a variety of reasons. Firstly, Drew's experience in this profession seems virtually unparalleled and this idea provided us with a great deal of comfort in this daunting process and this shone through throughout the transaction. Secondly, Drew is a very personable and genuine sort of a guy. These attributes were also obvious throughout, and we felt as though this was not "just another sale" for him but rather that he was genuinely concerned with us, our home, our wants and needs, our family's needs as a whole, and the needs of the buyers. When issues arose during the process and/or decisions of any kind had to be made, Drew was always clear and concise in spelling out the pros and cons to each approach in a diplomatic and unbiased manner, and then ultimately supported any decision we made. However, I would often respond to him by asking him "well, what would you do?", mostly because I very much respect his level of experience and his decision-making abilities and he always had the logical solution/answer.
