Cynthia has always found a way to combine business with creativity by listening to customers and making a plan to deliver on their needs.
Working for a global company in the athletic apparel industry for fifteen years has given Cynthia the business acumen, problem-solving skills and eye for design that perfectly translate to her other passion, real estate.
In addition to Portland, the North Oregon Coast is also home for Cynthia, her husband, and ten year old son. She can help navigate the purchase or sale of a vacation home or investment property while working from Living Room Realty’s Manzanita office.
Cynthia grew up in Northwest Portland and has watched the city grow up along with her. While earning a B.A. in Art History at University of Oregon she learned about Northwest Architecture and Design. She has called many neighborhoods in Portland home and understands the importance of a good commute, planning for schools that fit, and finding a home that enhances your life.
