Anika Stephen Wilbur started her real estate career in property management and support services for a boutique brokerage in her hometown of Los Angeles. Inspired to put her real estate knowledge into practice, Anika obtained her real estate license, and worked as a licensed assistant until graduate school took her to the east coast. After her studies, she moved to Georgia and returned to real estate, joining a top mid-century modern brokerage in Atlanta.
When the time came to move to Portland in 2014, it didn’t take Anika long to know where she wanted to be: Living Room Realty. Anika loves women-owned businesses, ethical companies, relationship building, fostering vibrant communities, and doing everything with joy, and in Living Room Realty she’s found a brokerage that ticks all the boxes.
These days, Anika finds the most joy in supporting her Living Room colleagues as a Reviewing Principal Broker.
When she isn’t poring over contracts, Anika likes to spend time with her husband, Ben, and their two rambunctious kitties, Clementine and Bodhi.
