Abby is a Portland transplant, originally from Georgia. She received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration at the University of North Georgia and majored in Marketing with an emphasis in Search Engine Optimization and Analytics. During her 4 years at the University, she declared 6 different majors before finding her passion in business. She was a part of National Honors Society and held down a spot on the Dean’s List throughout the academic roller coaster of trying 6 different majors.
Throughout college, Abby worked as a waitress during the school year and as a camp counselor during the summer.
Upon graduating, Abby took on the role of a summer camp director where she led trips backpacking, whitewater kayaking, rock climbing and caving. As a director, she was in charge of all purchasing and inventory as well as all the chaos that comes with managing staff and campers each week.
Abby is very excited to root herself in Portland and grow with the Living Room administrative team as they continue to expand and give back to the community. When she is not working, Abby enjoys hiking and exploring coffee shops and restaurants around town. Abby also enjoys playing basketball, practicing yoga, and attempting to keep her plants alive.
