Touring this wonderful home on a saturday afternoon, my clients instantly knew this was the home. With only two days on market, offers were starting to trickle in, open houses were packed, and the pressure was building. My buyers fortunately had the oppurtunity to view the home on two separate occasions due to the open houses that were scheduled that weekend. This gave them the confidence needed to go the extra mile in putting together their offer, which paid off big in this multiple offer situation.
Communication is key in multiple offer situations and or in any real estate transaction. Being in constant contact with the Listing Agent I was able to tailor the offer to fit the Seller’s needs and to be attractive enough that it beat out the other offers that were presented to Seller’s. Some may think it’s cheesy, but a powerful, thoughtful note to the Seller’s can take your offer to the next level. And that’s just what happened in this case. Once the Seller’s had read my clients note about their personal story and just how much this home would be the perfect fit for their family, they decided to accept!
Yesterday I gave keys to my clients and it was the most gratifying feeling to be able to make this dream of theirs come true. From the moment we walked in this house I could see this was it, the level of excitement, the layout, the upgrades, the attention to detail the sellers put into the home when they remodeled it. It was just perfect!
It’s always so exciting to be given the oppurtunity to help my clients with this step in their lives! Congrats to my buyers and I hope that this home brings many years of happiness and joy to their family 🙂
