This sweet NW Contemporary style home in the Wilcox West neighborhood went on the market on a Monday and was sold to the first person who saw it.
When I arrived to hold the light-filled home open for broker’s tour, there was a car parked in the driveway an agent the passenger’s seat.
Because she had just had foot surgery, the agent sent her husband into the house to do the scouting. He returned with two thumbs up.
Within an hour, the buyer arrived at the open house and the next day we had a full price offer.
