Surrounded by towering pines and leafy maple trees, this fairy tale Milwaukie farmhouse stole my heart.
Once used as an operating farm, the property is on almost an acre and a burbling stream (once used for irrigation) meanders through the center of it.
While offering the modern conveniences of today, this 1935 house is full of light and remains stylistically true to its birth year.
Escaping Los Angeles, the buyers were looking for something away from city noise, but close enough to the action in Portland. This house checked all the boxes and then some.
Congrats to Chad & Athena. Oregon is lucky to have you two.
