I have to take a minute and give Mr. Dave Leach all of the kudos and respect I can – and it won’t possibly cover what he did for us even in the slightest. We are the family reviewed on June 30th in his blog. I need to cut through the humble exterior and let you guys all know that this man is a gift to the industry. We came to him on the verge of being homeless, with a life changing decision to make. We had been tossed out by a crooked landlord and we had short timeline to decide if we were going to stay and keep building my career and put ourselves in another predatory renting situation given our family size or if we were going to move back to the family farm and scrap everything and start over from scratch. Then we met Dave – after he heard about our situation he put a third option on the table: “how about you let me try and get you into the house you guys really want?” At this point I figured it was worth a try. We placed our trust in Dave and it was not a bad bet. He worked hard from day one. He never gave up nor would he let me give up on myself. No matter the complication, question, or confusion he was there. He had a steadfast professional demeanor and caring persona that let me know he was in our corner. I don’t know what we would have done with anyone else. Dave, Living Room Realty, and Summit Funding were nothing less than a blessing in our greatest moment of need. In the end we got this beautiful “Dollhouse” as my 3 year old put it. We are so tickled that we get to wake up every morning in “our home.” It would not have been possible without Dave Leach and who he is at his core. This is a job but he also really cares and it shines through in his every action. For a moment our family was his family and our problems were his problems. He never gave up…not once, and we could not be more thankful!
