I inherited a house in Tigard and live 2400 miles away. Unfortunately the house required a variety of services to be ready to sell- from electrical issues to stained carpeting to landscaping needs. Kari was remarkable!! She had connections to make all the necessary repairs and upgrades, sent photos  and videos of flooring sample to choose from, and of the work as it progressed. She made countless trips to the property to keep things on track, make color choices and even to water the bushes and flowers so the property would remain presentable. We could not have managed the property preparation without her. She made sure every detail was taken care of. Finally she had the house staged beautifully and insured that the photos were perfect. Her efforts drove up the selling price by $21,000! I have sold perhaps six properties in my lifetime and never experienced this level of energy and participation in a sale. Not even close.
