My husband Jay and I have had the pleasure of working with Tracey a number of times over the past few years. With Tracey's help, our current house is pending sale (in one week) and we are searching with her for our new home . We also bought a rental house a couple years back with Tracey as our realtor. Tracey's an expert at what she does. I'm a bit of a control freak and when I say she's one of the few people in my experience whom I trust to handle things, that's saying something. She's trustworthy, and eminently knowledgeable in her field. Besides her professionalism, she has a deeper knowledge of houses than most because of her background as an architect. Her eye is impeccable. She was invaluable in the staging of our house for sale, going above and beyond in helping to bring out the best in our home. Tracey's always easy to reach, quick to respond to messages and set up showings (and get you to them), and good company in general. When it comes to the business side of things, you're in expert hands and feel secure that she's got an eagle eye on the details and negotiations. She's a true advocate for her clients and an honest, candid person; a good person. I'm not the easiest person in the world and it's a testimony to Tracey's character that she remains ever cheerful, helpful and professional, despite the vicissitudes of the real estate business and the many moods of me. Jay and I can't recommend her highly enough.
