I am now settling into my new home up in the trees and I could not be happier with Martin Cross and all he did to help me get here. I enlisted him almost a year ago with a small budget, strict school rating requirements, and a strong love of the place I was renting, but I couldn't afford another rental increase. I asked the impossible of Martin and he found me my treehouse!  Then we took on the bureaucratic mess of purchasing a foreclosed property! It took us two and a half months to close with Fannie Mae. Martin spent hours sorting out and meeting contractors to assess issues that the inspection brought up to make sure I had all the information I needed.  He even talked Fannie Mae's realtor into getting lender required repairs done! His kindness and attention to detail throughout the process made a very stressful situation manageable. This is my first home purchase all on my own and I am so glad I chose Martin Cross and Living Room Realty to help me make it a reality!

I used Martin Cross as my realtor for selling one house and buying another and I’m so glad I did!. Honestly, both selling and buying (let alone doing both at once) was super stressful. But I'm so glad I had Martin's help, because it made everything more manageable. I  ended up getting a great price for my old place and finding a new place I love - there couldn't have been a better outcome. He had a wealth of knowledge about how to fix up my old place and was endlessly patient driving me around town to look at new houses.
